Bruce raising over £10,000 for St Richards Hospice, Acorns Hospice and Malvern Community Hospital
Bruce has been an active member and current president of Malvern Rotary Club since 1999. Through the club he engages with local causes as well as supporting overseas charities. As of 2021, Oliver, Bruce’s son, has volunteered annually with the Tree of Lights in Malvern, assisting the tree surgeon in stringing the lights on the tree ahead of the lighting ceremony.
Oliver going up the tree
We continue to support the Tree of lights project every Christmas in Priory Park. As of 2021, Oliver, Bruce’s son, has volunteered annually with the Tree of Lights in Malvern, assisting the tree surgeon in stringing the lights on the tree ahead of the lighting ceremony.
When we volunteer for events little do we appreciate how each experience
benefits us in our work life too. Team work on the day, supporting and
encouraging and also ready to help others with their efforts. In a work
case scenario, if a customer is planning a project we can work with them
through the planning stage, make suggestions and then complete our work as
our contribution.
Malvern Inner Wheel
Kathryn is an active member of Malvern Inner Wheel engaging and helping local causes. From raising money to providing afternoon tea for the local partially sighted club at Christmas. Alongside this, both Bruce and Kathryn regularly give their time to other local charities.

Kathryn mighty hike marathon
Kathryn has completed two Might Hike marathon walks for Macmillan raising
hundreds of pounds in the process. Unfortunately on the second walk, the
planned team member had to drop out before the start and Oliver stepped in
at the last moment. The ‘man of the mountain’ was an inspiration to the
team and fellow walkers.
